We endeavour to post orders within 2 working days. During busy times this may be a little longer so please bear with us as we are a small company.



  • Shipping is £3.95 for all UK orders under £49, free £49 or over. Orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for ( usually arrive in 2-3 days, but can take up to 15 working days due to Coronavirus Situation and Christmas). Once your order leaves us and tracking number is advised by email, you can track your item at 

  • Please select Special Delivery next working day delivery service £6.95 if your order is required by a certain date. Orders for Special Delivery received by 1pm will be sent same day.



International shipping is calculated on the weight of your order including packaging.

Please be patient as your order can take up to 21 business days or more to arrive; unfortunately I have no control over this.

​I'm very sorry that due to problems shipping to some areas, I have taken the very difficult decision to temporarily suspend shipping to some countries. 

Any duties and fees incurred on international orders are payable by the recipient. I'm afraid these fees are out of our control, so you should check with your relevant Customs Office if in any doubt what these fees may be. If payment of these fees are refused and items are returned to us, any refund made will be less outward shipping  and return costs incurred by Mabel Sheppard.


All items for return need to be sent back within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition - unworn (except for the purposes of trying on), with the original tags attached, and in dust bag.

**Returns for Christmas purchases from 1st November 2021 are extended until 10th January**

We strongly recommend you use a signed for service, and obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.


If you require an exchange, simply return the unwanted item as above, and place a new order to ensure stock availability.


Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe an item to be faulty, please email and we will advise on what to do next.

We are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.


We process returns as quickly as we can, but it can sometimes take a while between posting back the returned item and receiving the refund.

You can track your returned parcel to see that it has arrived safely with us, and you will receive an email from us as soon as the refund has been processed, but please don’t contact us unless 10 or more days have passed and you still haven’t received the money.

Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. 

Please note that where a free gift is added with a minimum spend, if the gift is not returned its value will be deducted from your refund
